Guardian
A guardian haunting, also known as a protective haunting, is a type of paranormal phenomenon where a spirit or entity is believed to be acting as a guardian or protector of a person, place, or object. Unlike malevolent hauntings, guardian hauntings are generally associated with positive or benevolent intentions, often involving subtle interventions, subtle guidance, or a feeling of being watched over. The primary characteristic is the feeling of being protected or watched over by a benevolent presence. Guardian spirits may not manifest in dramatic ways. Their presence might be felt as a sense of peace, a feeling of being watched over, or subtle guidance in making decisions. Unlike malevolent spirits, guardian entities are not typically associated with fear or malevolent actions. Guardian hauntings can be tied to a specific location, such as a home, a family property, or a place of personal significance. Guardian spirits can sometimes be tied to specific individuals, either deceased relatives or even figures from the individual's past. Some examples include a spirit that subtly guides a person away from danger, a feeling of comfort and protection in a home, or a sense of guidance when making important decisions. In contrast to other types of hauntings, guardian hauntings are generally seen as a positive and reassuring paranormal experience, rather than a source of fear or anxiety.
