The Frederick Hotel in Huntington, West Virginia, is reported to be haunted by a number of ghosts, including the apparitions of two children and disembodied voices. Built in 1905, the building now houses apartments and offices, but its alleged paranormal activity has been recorded for years. In a 2024 podcast, a resident mentioned hearing a woman's high heels walking down the hall of the Frederick, a common report among people in the building. Apparitions of two children have been reportedly seen in the area where the restaurant was once located. Witnesses have reported hearing the sound of keys jangling, as well as eerie disembodied voices and screams. One person reported hearing ghosts arguing in their room all night, which kept them awake.
