The Mount Baker Theater is described as a haunted location, with alleged paranormal activity including floating orbs, cold spots, unexplained voices, and the sightings of a "flirtatious" spirit named Judy, who is said to have lived on the land before the theater was built and now appears on the balcony. A feral cat and a man in a tuxedo, known as Geoffrey, are also reportedly seen within the building. Judy: The most well-known spirit, a young woman whose home was bulldozed to make way for the theater. She is often seen in the balcony and has a reputation for playing practical jokes on men. A man seen wearing a pin-striped tuxedo. A ghost cat said to hunt for mice in the theater's basement. Orbs of light, sometimes seen in the main theater room during performances. Disembodied voices, sometimes referred to as "blue mist," have been reported. Patches of cold air are said to appear in various parts of the theater.
