The Meeker Mansion in Puyallup, WA is reportedly haunted by the ghosts of Ezra Meeker and his wife, Eliza Meeker, as well as former residents who passed away while the mansion served as a nursing home. Guests and staff have reported various phenomena, including the scent of Eliza's perfume, the sound of Ezra snoring, and fleeting apparitions of the couple, often in their former bedroom, with sightings continuing even during museum events. Both Ezra and Eliza are sometimes seen throughout the mansion, particularly in their former bedroom. Visitors have reported the distinct smell of Eliza's perfume and the sound of Ezra snoring. The ghosts have been known to appear to guests, sometimes as if they are sleeping in bed with them. The apparitions may also vanish into thin air after appearing. There have been reports of the spirits making their presence felt by appearing during social events and even showing Ezra "sawing logs" in the yard.
