Hotel Andra is considered a haunted location, particularly its 9th floor, where guests report hearing 1920s-era jazz music, laughter, and voices, and seeing apparitions of partygoers. Other alleged paranormal activity includes objects moving on their own, and encounters with spectral figures, such as a flapper from the 1920s or a woman in 1930s attire. Guests and staff have reported hearing loud jazz music, booming voices, the sound of breaking glasses, and boisterous laughter emanating from the 9th floor, which is believed to be perpetually stuck in a 1920s party. Apparitions and silhouettes of people dancing and conversing have been seen, particularly on the 9th floor. Some reports also mention a female spirit in 1930s attire wandering the halls. Objects have been observed moving without explanation, including a paperweight that reportedly levitated before crashing down on a desk.
