A phantom of a young man, possibly the son of a previous owner, is said to haunt the castle. The Woman in White: This apparition is believed to be the ghost of a bride who drowned in Lake Worth. She is said to run from the lake to the property and back again. The site was originally a farmhouse dating back to 1860.
