One or more female apparitions wearing black veils have been reported in the hallways and stairwells. One guest recounted seeing a black figure vanish from the side of their bed and feeling a soft touch on their shoulder. A guest on an extended stay reported hearing items fall from a nightstand in the middle of the night, even though the objects were placed securely. An airline crew staying at the hotel received 4 a.m. phone calls to their rooms, which the front desk had not placed. A guest reported a sudden drop in temperature and the feeling of someone lying down on the bed next to them. After leaving their room for a few hours, a guest returned to find their work tablet's power button mysteriously broken. In one instance, police who responded to a call about a woman in one of the hotel's towers reportedly became trapped inside.
