Other rumored ghosts include a woman named Eleanor, who may be heard weeping in the balcony, and a figure known as David, who is said to be there to guide Mary to the other side. Likes to play child-like pranks, like opening and closing doors, giggling, and sometimes playing the pipe organ. Often sits in her favorite balcony seat, C5, and seems to enjoy musical performances. Another rumored ghost, said to be in the balcony and sometimes heard weeping, possibly indicating a sense of sadness. Believed to be another spirit who stays with Mary, as she refuses to leave the theatre. Cast and crew members have reported seeing Mary smiling and laughing in her seat during performances. Some theatergoers claim to have seen Mary dancing in the lobby before suddenly disappearing. Staff have reported doors opening and closing on their own.
