The Keith House, also known as Graeme Park, is said to be haunted by several spirits, including its former resident, Elizabeth "Maggie" Graeme, as well as the ghosts of children. Visitors and paranormal investigators report various phenomena, such as the rustling of skirts, the sounds of children laughing, and unexplained sensations of presence or cold spots. The primary spirit believed to reside at the Keith House is Elizabeth Graeme, a former resident who experienced significant tragedy and betrayal in her life, including the confiscation of her home due to her Loyalist husband's politics. Some reports describe experiencing or hearing the laughter of children, and one visitor reported a tiny voice responding to their question, "find me," in a children's room. A mysterious woman in white: This is another reported spectral presence on the grounds. A headless servant: This ghost is mentioned as a presence at the Keith House. Witnesses and paranormal investigators have reported feeling presences, cold spots, and a sensation of someone lying in a room. Sounds of children laughing and the rustle of skirts have been reported, especially in Elizabeth Graeme's room. Visitors have described seeing a dark-haired woman sitting in a chair and have noted that a child's description of a woman in a chair didn't match any present paintings. One witness reported an indentation resembling a body appearing on a surface, as well as greenery on a windowsill being strewn across the floor. A pin on a closet door has been observed slipping down a hole and locking the door from the inside.
