Witnesses, including construction workers and passers-by, have seen an elderly man wandering the upper floor before mysteriously disappearing. He has also reportedly been seen walking in front of the building with his head down. Tenants and visitors have reported feeling unusual cold spots within the building. Strange and ghostly voices have been heard by tenants inside the building. In one reported incident, a high chair was found standing upright on the second-floor bar counter. Loud bangs have been heard from downstairs, along with the sound of someone walking and something moving in the basement.
