A male apparition has been spotted multiple times on the third floor of the building. One story suggests the ghost of a woman in a yellow dress can be heard crying and wandering the building. The mall is also said to be haunted by a "gentle" ghost with a handlebar mustache, possibly one of the embalmers from the building's funeral home era.
