The "Wolf House Museum" in Manhattan, Kansas, is known to be haunted by Gertrude Seaberry, the daughter of the original owner who died in the house. After her death in 1933, visitors reported seeing an apparition of her, and there have also been accounts of cold spots and anomalies in photos. Constructed in 1868 by John Frank as a boarding house. The ghost of Gertrude Seaberry, who was born and died in the house, is believed to linger.
