The Historic Lawrenceville Cemetery is described as one of North Georgia's most haunted locations, with reports of unexplained phenomena including glowing orbs of light, EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) with voices and sounds, chilling "cold spots" where temperatures drop significantly, and figures seen in photographs and on SLS (Structured Light Sensor) cameras. These paranormal reports are a highlight of the local ghost tours, which aim to tell stories and share recent findings from paranormal investigations. White circles of light that appear in photographs and are considered by some to be a type of paranormal activity. Electronic Voice Phenomenon, where investigators capture unexplained voices, mumbles, or sounds on audio recordings that were not heard at the time. Areas where the temperature suddenly and drastically drops, often accompanied by equipment malfunctions like batteries dying. Figures and shapes seen in photographs or detected by SLS cameras, sometimes interpreted as human forms, possibly due to the cemetery's memorial structures. Paranormal investigators have used devices like ghost boxes to try and capture spirit communication, receiving responses in some cases.
