The most well-known haunting story at the Clarion Hotel in Greeley, Colorado (formerly a Ramkota hotel and the Chief Theatre) centers on a ghost named Rosy. According to legend, Rosy was a young woman who was murdered by her boyfriend in the building when it was still the Chief Theatre. The legend of Rosy: The legend says that Rosy's boyfriend threw her from the balcony to her death. The subsequent hotel was supposedly built over the site where she died. Rosy is said to enjoy playing pranks and tricks on hotel guests and staff. People have reported seeing her spirit throughout the building.
