The hotel is located at 3836 E. Mulberry Street. This playful spirit is reportedly known to cause mischief, such as moving objects and adjusting the air conditioning. She is believed to occupy a room across the hall from the King Suite. An ominous male presence is rumored to reside in the northwest wing of the building. His presence is often described as a dark or unsettling feeling by witnesses. A protective female spirit is said to watch over children swimming in the pool area, sometimes observed from one of the adjacent rooms. While these stories are popular in local folklore, it is important to note that they are anecdotal ghost stories. The previous Holiday Inn and current Plaza Hotel are still open to the public.
